ROBOT WELDINGAs sheetmetal specialists, we offer comprehensive welding services for aluminium, steel (mild and medium tensile) and stainless steel. Our fully qualified welders, experienced in MIG and TIG, can meet the needs of any welding job from one-off jobs to batch welding. Medium to large production runs are made easy with our Robot Welding facility, which ensures a consistent and uniform product to a high standard. Our staff are also experienced in resistance (spot) welding.

POWDER COATINGTo complement our sheet metal fabrication we have a powder coating plant which has been QNET accredited by Dulux Powder & Industrial Coating Supplies. Powder coating gives the added advantage of a long-lasting product with superior protection against corrosion, and offers a great range of colours and finishes. We have a PLC controlled ram-fed raised oven, which allows us to reduce the running costs as we do not lose any efficiencies while loading product.
