ENI has invested in a TC2020FMC punch, made by the Trumpf Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of production technology. The semi-automated nature of this equipment means we have the ability to run 24-7, giving us the flexibility to meet any customer's needs. To minimise production costs, our programming software ensures optimal use of material, thus reducing scrap and production time.

HIGH DEFINITION PLASMA
To complement our punch, we also operate a Hi-Definition Plasma Kaliburn. This combination gives us the capability to profile intricate shapes in steel (up to 25.0mm), stainless steel (up to 12.0mm) & aluminium (up to 20.0mm). Using our specialised programming software we can process profiles either directly from a customers .dxf file, or from any drawing provided. Our nesting package will fully utilise any material, reducing scrap and production time.

FOLDING
We offer sheetmetal folding services on our CNC controlled press brakes for any length up to 3.6m long. We also have the capability to programme parts off-line using our 3D folding programming software ensuring all critical dimensions are not only achievable, but consistently achieved. We have a wide range of tooling, ensuring we can fold complicated parts in all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and plastic.

WELDING - MIG, TIG, RESISTANCE (SPOT) WELDING
As sheetmetal specialists, we offer comprehensive welding services for aluminium, steel (mild and medium tensile) and stainless steel. Our fully qualified welders, experienced in MIG and TIG, can meet the needs of any welding job from one-off jobs to batch welding. Medium to large production runs are made easy with our Robot Welding facility, which ensures a consistent and uniform product to a high standard. Our staff are also experienced in resistance (spot) welding.

CAD/3D DESIGN - DRAUGHTING CAPABILITIES
Our in-house design team can handle any drawing/design need you may have, from simple profiling drawings (2D), through to orthographic drawings and digital prototyping. Using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD the world’s leading design software, our team can work closely with you to take any idea from concept to reality. We can accept the following file formats:
- AutoCaD .dwg & .dxf files up to 2010
- IGES files (.iges; .ige; .iges)
- Pro/ENGINEER files (.prt; .asm)
- STEP files (.stp; .ste; .step)
- SolidWorks files (.prt; .sldprt; .asm; .sldasm)

POWDER COATING
To complement our sheet metal fabrication we have a powder coating plant which has been QNET accredited by Dulux Powder & Industrial Coating Supplies. Powder coating gives the added advantage of a long-lasting product with superior protection against corrosion, and offers a great range of colours and finishes. We have a PLC controlled ram fed raised oven, which allows us to reduce the running costs as we do not lose any efficiencies while loading product.

ASSEMBLY
We have a designated assembly area which is positioned next to our powder coating area to minimise the need for transport and handling of product. Our highly skilled assembly team can handle a wide variety of products from small electrical components to the large structures such as bus shelters.
