In 2022, ENI Facades was engaged by Wyatt Construction to design and manufacture a retro-fit facade for 47 Riccarton Road in Christchurch. This project required a collaborative effort to blend modern design elements with the structural demands of the existing building. Our CPEng qualified engineers worked closely with the architect to ensure that the design met all necessary structural and wind load requirements. The facade features aluminium perforated panels supported by structural metalwork. These panels not only provide durability but also enhance the visual appeal of the building. The triangle-shaped panels add depth and dimension to the facade, creating a dynamic and contemporary look. Our engineering team meticulously developed the design to withstand the local environmental conditions, ensuring both safety and longevity. The perforated panels allow for light and air to pass through, contributing to the building’s energy efficiency and comfort for its occupants.
