This pivotal role is all about optimising our sheet metal manufacturing by getting the best out of our programming software and associated state-of-the art machines as well as preventative maintenance, so we maintain production and reduce downtime. We have an exciting opportunity for an organisational Influencer experienced in designing and delivering leadership development solutions.
This is a two-year fixed term role reporting to the MD, hours will be flexible and negotiated with the successful candidate. The primary focus for this role is on leadership development, people development, culture improvement and engagement. Working closely with our Senior Leadership team, you will undertake a training needs analysis to identify gaps and create development plans for current and future needs across the business. Identify, develop and deliver programmes and solutions that enable us to be autonomous as well as build our capability to achieve succession at all levels, increase engagement and create a culture of high performance.

We are looking for someone at trade level skill, which may include a trade certificate, or a relevant tertiary qualification supported with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
You will have good knowledge of sheet material types and grades, as well as merchant steel, and be able to mark out for cutting, drilling, folding operations. You will have a good understanding of engineering drawings and be able to assemble & finish products to a high standard using various sheet metal fastening and assembly methods.
You will be comfortable using a large range of material types, including plastic and timber and be able to troubleshoot and problem solve. As you will be part of larger team, it is expected that you will be able to work with others, and take the lead on jobs as necessary. Training is also important to ENI, so this will form part of the role.
This role requires the successful applicant to have high literacy and numeracy skills, added to this is the need for exceptional organisational and procedural skills, as some products have safety critical elements. Finally physical fitness suitable to handling large or bulky parts and potential awkward working positions is necessary.
